Herbed Grilled Shrimp

1/2 cup chopped mixed herbs (parsley, basil, thyme - whatever you have on hand)
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
pinch red pepper flakes
sea salt to taste
freshly ground pepper to taste
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

Mix together all ingredients (except shrimp).  Coat shrimp.  Arrange on skewers and grill 2~3 minutes per side (depending on size).
