Baked Tilapia with Flaky Topping

Picture before baking.

4 Tilapia filets
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp butter, melted
zest of 1 lemon + slice into wedges for serving
1-2 Tbsp chopped flat leaf italian parsley
s&p to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Season fish with salt and pepper.  Place on greased baking dish.  Combine panko, melted butter, lemon zest and parsley.  Top fish with topping.  Bake for 15 minutes.  Serve with lemon wedges.
